Of course, shooting in winter comes with its own challenges. It's important to plan outfits that keep you warm while still looking elegant. A fur cape, cashmere shawl, or velvet jacket will keep you warm while looking wonderful in photos.
Footwear also needs care — shoes with non-slip soles for snow and ice are a must. You can switch to your dress shoes for the actual shots.

An Inspiring Story
Last winter we shot a couple at -5°C. We headed out at 6 AM, right after fresh snow had fallen. The fairy chimneys were covered in a pristine white blanket no one had stepped on yet. As the bride walked in her white gown under a red cape — those photos became a favorite for both us and the couple.
